This is a map prepared by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission showing the radioactive fallout from six hydrogen bomb tests conducted between March and May 1954.

Obtained from the U.S. Department of Energy Library in 2010.



Data from 104 monitoring posts measured every day is compiled. It shows that not only the Japanese archipelago but also the American continent is contaminated with radiation.

Below is the figure shown at the beginning of this article. Radioactive rain has been falling on the Japanese archipelago. They will continue to remain in the soil of the Japanese archipelago.
